A total of 1,000 engineers belong to Sunwell, and are dispatched mainly to Japanese companies. For engineers who wish to work for a Japanese company, Sunwell provides full support for their job hunting activities, and if they are offered a position in Japan, we help them with moving to Japan, applying for a visa, and finding housing. We also offer Japanese language classes as needed

Education for Engineers

At Sunwell, we provide detailed in-house education to our engineers so that they can fully demonstrate their abilities at the client company and be of immediate use to the client company. For foreign engineers in particular, we focus on education to improve their Japanese language skills and cross-cultural understanding, not only to improve their technical skills, but also to refine their communication in the field. We also run a Japanese language school for engineers in India, where we educate young IT engineers, and promote our own human resource development. Japanese Language School Management in India

From "I can speak Japanese" to "I can explain in Japanese". Sunwell is operating a Japanese language school in Chennai, the fourth largest city in India.

At the school, engineers who wish to work in Japan or change jobs to Japanese companies in India are studying Japanese every day.For those who have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, we support them in finding employment in Japan.
